However, even I don't keep up with this entire site anymore. It's been probably five years since I've so much as looked at some of these pages, I'm ashamed to say. I have no idea where some things are myself, and often have to resort to searching for them on the search page. But this is a relatively good way to keep current, if you're so inclined.

Don't forget the blog - I don't post
new entries to that on this page, usually.

This is a reverse chronological list of stuff that I've added over time. 'Nuff Said.

So I, um, started a bloody LiveJournal thing, cuz umich broke Blogger.
You can sorta keep up with what I'm doing over here. I promise to
try to write regularly, and to try to catch you up on the goings-on for
the last, oh, eternity.

Photos from this past weekend's Gerlachfest Debauchery are up.
Tuesday, August 12, 2003
I've been working on a new "Airyn Who?"
page off and on. I've moved some things around, removed some altogether,
and would like to add bits and pieces here and there, but haven't had
the time.
Tuesday, June 3, 2003
Photos of the first
flyball tournament I attended.
Tuesday, May 27, 2003
A bunch of new photos over
there, including lots of wolves.
Monday, May 26, 2003
I bought a 2001 Jeep
Cherokee Sport on Friday, and today, we had a surprise visitor at our house.
Thursday, April 23, 2003
Whilst cruising Pound, I saw a link
to this site, which seems
to positively rock. Her stuff has a similar flavor to Wendy's, so of
course I like it. Check it out.
Monday, April 21, 2003
I've put up a dog product review page that's
still in its beginning stages, but will flesh out over time.
Tuesday, March 25, 2003
Please don't buy puppies from pet stores. Here's
why.
Saturday, March 22, 2003
Hey there! Remember me? If you've been reading the blog, then yeah, you probably do. If you've been
waiting for updates here, then you probably have no idea who I am anymore.
Well, forget about me for a minute, and take a look at my awesome dog. Then go read the blog to see what
else I've been up to.
Saturday, January 25, 2003
I'm down in Cannon Beach with my mom and her friend David, and I have the
flu, dammit. But I posted some photos of houses I've been looking at
in the January 23 and 25
entries. Those from the 25th are mostly neighborhood shots, while those
from the 23rd are mostly of the houses themselves.
Thursday, January 17, 2003
Another day, more blog entries. But I have to tell you about this
neato thing I picked up at BBB yesterday - the Omni Massage Roller.
This thing is great, especially when you're as stressed out and tense as
I am. There is absolutely something to be said for the benefits
of massage, even self-massage - get those fabulous chemical reactions
working for you! The cats think it's snazzy, too.
The rest of the stuff is in the blog - all sorts of whiny, pathetic,
stupid, anguished, ... you get the picture.
Tuesday, January 14, 2003
Lance ended our relationship on Sunday. I've written a bunch of stuff
in the Blog, but because of the weird way Blog formats things, if you
want to read about it in order, you'd need to find the entry for
January 12, 2003 (at
the bottom of that page,) and then go up from there. The dates are in reverse
chronological order, like this page, and the individual entries within
days are chronological, which makes it kind of inconvenient to get caught
up on longer things. Sorry about that.

Happy New Year
Thursday, December 26, 2002
A bit on Christmas.
Thursday, December 19, 2002
This whole Blogger thing surely is handy. But
it's also making me lazier (like I need that,) because I just put something
there that should definitely have its own page. I'll get around to that
soon (which is ironic, given the subject matter, but hey. I'm human.)
Hey folks - do you hate those looooong urls that people email you as much as I do? Probably. Cutting and pasting line after line....UGH! Start being a part of the solution, not the problem, with TinyUrl, a free service that shortens your URLs. USE THIS!!!

I've been writing another RPG game walkthrough, this time for Gothic, a third-person, single-player sword & sorcery-type
deal, as usual. It's a curse, I tell you. I just hope I can resist writing
one for Morrowind, because that would take about 8 years.
Wednesday, December 11, 2002
I've put up a "blog" page for those
half-thoughts I just want to fire off quickly without bothering with
a full page, et cetera.
Sunday, December 8, 2002
Put up two new (and pretty short) videos
of Teka howling; they're at the top of the movie list.
Saturday, December 7, 2002
I'm toying with a new format for tossing up quick, random thoughts.
That'll help keep this page cleaner, I reckon. Nothing much there yet,
because the damned interface ate my longer entry (twice!!) but I'll
be putting stuff in there from time to time.
Monday, December 2, 2002
A drunken thought moment, because I'll forget it if I don't write it down.
People frequently ask me, "if you're tired, why can't you sleep, littl4e
insomniac girl?" And I just came up with the perfect explanation - "I can
feel the sleepy, but I can't get to it." Kind of like smelling something you
know you know, but being unable to track it down in your brain - a little bit
like that. Ok, gotta go now; the Goslings Black Seal has me on the ropes.
Tuesday, November 27, 2002
A bunch of Wolf Haven videos and some
new photos are up.
Monday, November 18, 2002
My computer went entirely TU the other day, resulting in having to
reformat the C drive and reinstall everything. Hence, I've been having
a few interesting days, lately. Grrrr.
More Wolf Haven Photos, this time in album format. Most are not stunning, a couple really grab the essence of the individual wolf.
Also, because some of us have no lives, a couple of people have asked about the game Morrowind I was playing recently, intrigued by my character's unusual race. For now (until I get the game reinstalled,) here's one picture of my character (Kendrak, a female Argonian, which is a type of humanoid lizard,) from early in the game.
Sunday, November 17, 2002
I split the wolf page up into five
different pages, and have new photos coming later tonight, plus two
(very large) movies.
Friday, November 15, 2002
A really boring update.
Thursday, November 14, 2002
Wendy from Wolf Haven sent me
an article that very closely mirrors many thoughts I've had; "Attention
wolves: I'm what's for dinner." Also on that same site, an article
about the
Urban Crow Count I assist - Shadow
Creatures.
Monday, November 11, 2002
Yesterday, my dad, Lance and I took a little sight-seeing cruise around
Seattle. Before the trip, they took our photo, and, remarkably, I don't
totally hate it - amazing. Here it is. I haven't sharpened it up with Photoshop or anything yet,
but will tomorrow.
Thursday, November 7, 2002
This week is a really miserable one. I received bad news about school and
my unemployment status, school iteself, and, worst of all, yesterday one of
the wolves at Wolf Haven passed away. I'd noticed Morning Star was not her
usual self for the last month, and she finally could no longer go on. Rest
in peace, little sister.
Additionally, airyn.com is having some registrar troubles and is currently unavailable. I'm trying to get them resolved.
Sunday, October 27, 2002
Please support GeniSoy products; they certify that their products are
not genetically
tampered with.
Also, more product reviews over on BikerGirl.
Friday, October 25, 2002
I have very little energy at the moment, and about to crawl off to bed,
but this just had to come out, dammit; it was imperative. Thus, may I have your attention, please?
Friday, October 18, 2002
More wolf information sprinkled
throughout the page. Also, there are some
photos I took through the chain link fences at the haven.
Thursday, October 17, 2002
Well, I've been threatening to do this for some time now - a site
redesign. Yes indeedy. New front page is up, though I'm not 100% happy
with it, and it still needs some tweaking (the font blows, and it's not
exactly intuitive yet.) I'm learning DreamWeaver in the process, so I'm
finally being dragged (kicking and screaming, mind you) out of hand-coding
my sites.
You can still see the old Pants Page, in case you get all nostalgic for Chuck in his silly suit. More to come, including an entire area based on wildlife conservation (worked into the Shamballah area, which is in such dire need of reworking.
Wednesday, October 2, 2002
I'm struggling to get my crap together lately, so not much writing is
getting done. Did a few product
reviews tonight, and started writing something else, which just turned
out to be a totally self-pitying, nightmarish miasma, so I'm leaving it
be for now.
Tuesday, September 24, 2002
[The page formerly here has been taken down. The subject didn't take it
well, and I removed it.]
Monday, September 23, 2002
We're back from our vacation to Gerlach, Zion, & Bryce, and there are some
accompanying photos. I'm also
officially a Husky - beginning Wednesday 10/02, I'll start taking classes
working toward a Master's degree in Wildlife Science. Eek.
Also, I have a friend. He loves me dearly, and surely wouldn't ever do anything evil, horrible, or nasty to me, not even if I did something really awful to him first. In fact, I am so confident in his overwhelming affection for me and general gentlemanly conduct, I will share with you a little something I whipped up earlier, which is an excellent demonstration of why photographic evidence is bad, Bad, BAD!
Saturday, August 31, 2002
I'm in the process of moving all of my photo albums over to airyn.com; they
can be seen here. Not much else
over there currently, though. I did get the album/trip report put up from our sea kayaking trip last
weekend, too.
Thursday, August 22, 2002
I know, I know! I'm being horrible about writing. Truth is, I'm
insanely busy. But I had to take 15 minutes and write
this down.
There are also a couple of new Product
Reviews over at bikergirl.net, and yes, I promise I've started to write
the trip report for the Michigan thing. Honestly.
Wednesday, July 10, 2002
I'm leaving for Michigan this morning - the trip hasn't even started
yet, and it's been ... interesting. Read all about it.

How we spent our fourth of July
Some good non-profit wildlife organizations you can donate to online:
Network for Good
Likewise, animal rights groups and helping with water
pollution.
Saturday, July 7, 2002
Updated the RLS section with a few things.
Tuesday, July 2, 2002
Ever more stuff over at BikerGirl - now, try the new poll forum. Men - unless
you see a "MEN!" prefix ahead of the poll, please let the women answer,
okeydoke? Thanks, you're sweet.

Put up a few photos over on BikerGirl: Spring Fling
A strange thing
I encountered on the ride today.
Sunday, June 23, 2002
Been really busy lately, putting the finishing touches on the Spring Fling, getting ready to apply to
grad
school, clearing some land for a new garden/sitting area, looking for
a job, moving both websites, and so on and so forth. BikerGirl.net will be growing a lot
soon, and as it stands, there are a whole mess of new product reviews there now.
Additionally, I'm selling my First Gear Kilimanjaro jacket, if anyone's interested. Here's the details on that.
Monday, June 17, 2002
I just want you to know this: It is 4:40am in the morning, and the sun is
coming up. It's light enough to easily see your way around out there. The
birds are signing like crazy. This is Just Not Right!! (I'm having a bout
of insomnia, thank you for asking, so yes - I'm still awake.)
I've lowered the price on my truck (see ad below) to $15,500, just in case anyone's interested.
More photos coming soon, but nothing stunning - just photos of Our Summer Project, which involves a bunch of land-clearing and planting.
Wednesday, June 12, 2002
Went downtown today to do some more digital photos. Stopped by
Fisherman's Terminal & Gasworks Park.
Tuesday, June 11, 2002
Spent some time today at the Marymoor Park public climbing rock;
took some pictures for the digital camera review
I'm writing. No captions, but none are really necessary.
